Interested in becoming a cashier at Wal-Mart? Why not? Good benefits if you become full-time permanent employee, it looks on your resume. Sounds great right? Turns out they're pretty friendly during interviews as well. Make sure you're prepared with answers to these questions:

1) Name 3 of your worst/best qualities
2) What would you do if you had an encounter with a rude customer
3) If you find a problem going on between two different employees what would you do?
4) Tell me about a time you went above and beyond to help someone at work. How did your help make a difference?
5) Tell me about a time you had to work on a team to reach a goal. What problems arose as a result of having several people working on the same thing?
6) Discuss a work rule with which you disagree but you must follow regardless.
7) Describe a time where you lead on a team to accomplish something.
8) Are you open to a personality test, drug test and background check?
